The Finder Retail Awards (https://www.finder.com.au/finder-awards/customer-satisfaction) recognizes Australia's favorite brands across more than 100 retail categories. The consumer service website surveyed tens of thousands of Australians to understand how they feel about recent product purchases and then used that information to select the most popular brands. Among bicycle brands, Giant took top honors, beating nearly 20 other brands in the category.

Giant bikes received top marks for performance and also scored highly for "features, design and value for money." Finder also noted that Giant received an overwhelming customer recommendation rating of 98 percent, making it this year's clear winner.
