On 19 November, dedicate athletes from around South Africa will line up to challenge themselves against the ultimate test of mettle - IRONMAN 70.3 Mossel Bay.

This is more than another IRONMAN on the calendar, it is the South African Champs and it presents athletes with the chance to be crowned best in the country. In addition, the IRONMAN 70.3 Mossel Bay offers 40 Age Group Qualifying slots plus an additional 15 slots for women to the 2024 VinFast IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship on 14 & 15 December 2024 in Taupō, New Zealand.

This is no ordinary triathlon. It’s the culmination of months of training, of fine-tuning, of sacrifice and dedication. It’s day where your good needs to be better and better needs to be best!

Bradley Weiss, 2x XTERRA World Champion and 4x IRONMAN 70.3 World Champion, will provide you with weekly tips on how you can beat your best in the bay.
